Executive Experience Design Leader
I am a creative-solutions executive with a focus on developing new sources of value for Fortune 500 brands and startups through the development of superior cross-platform, holistic customer experiences. I have won awards. I lead teams and am business-minded manager, able to communicate clearly and concisely at all organizational levels while orchestrating the entire strategic creative process – from customer insight to concept development, through solution design & development – all with the aim of establishing a credible competitive advantages for my clients.
It is my responsibility to assure that every execution successfully satisfies the business and end-user needs to generate long-term value. I motivate, inspire and direct my teams to find the product sweet spot. We learn through design research. We craft smart, user-focused product strategies based on discrete personas and detailed customer journeys. We generate design concepts and test them with our intended audiences and key stakeholders. We use data to reveal behavior.
Once it is know what is most valued, the product features are prioritized and a product roadmap devised in collaboration with the development team. We create measurable metrics and constantly track usage and behavior. Success is a process of iteration. I have extensive experience guiding and working within the design and development production phases to yield successful, measurable, market-smart products, services and communications for integrated communication agencies and product/service focused agencies that include Ogilvy & Mather, Razorfish Inc., The Designory, TBWA\Chiat Day, BLITZ, Crispin Porter + Bogusky and Mondo Robot.
